Our electrostatic paint line is designed for high volume and high quality finishing.  Our system includes a wash and dry pretreatment.  Finishes are applied on two Ransburg high speed turbo disc booths and baked through a conveyorized baking oven.  Our equipment and our expertise allow us to apply a wide variety of coatings including waterbase, solvent base, high solids, primers and finish coats.  Finishes are applied to steel stampings, weldments, iron castings, aluminum and some plastic applications.  Give us an opportunity to discuss your painting requirements.
